UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, competitive analyses, and stakeholder interviews to understand user needs and project goals. Translate findings into actionable design strategies.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows that showcase ideas, gather feedback, and guide development.
Visual Design: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and high-fidelity UI mockups ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and user satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine design concepts, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of UI components.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability studies, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall experience.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively share insights for ongoing design improvements.
Documentation: Provide clear documentation of design standards, processes, and requirements to ensure alignment and consistency across teams.

Requirements

3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in UI/UX design with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms for design and prototyping.
User-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, product managers, etc.).
Strong Communication Skills: Capable of articulating design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: Passion for clean, consistent designs and an eye for typography, spacing, color theory, and layout.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to address complex user challenges, proposing solutions grounded in data and user research.
Remote-Ready: Comfortable working in a distributed team, leveraging digital collaboration tools, and communicating effectively across multiple time zones.
